These terms ("Terms") govern your use of https://samyam.dev ("Site"), operated by Sam Garcia (a US LLC, "we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products & license

When you purchase a digital product (e.g. the Code Bundle, a PDF) we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own projects, including commercial games. You may not redistribute the source files, resell them, or publish them as your own product. You may use code snippets in your own released games without crediting us.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered immediately at purchase, so we do not offer refunds. If you have a problem accessing your download, email sam@samyam.dev and we will sort it out.

3. Pricing & taxes

Prices are listed in USD. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax / VAT.

4. Accounts & access

Some products may give you access to a download portal. You are responsible for keeping access credentials private.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape it at high volume, or use it to host content that is illegal, infringing, or harassing.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (Lemon Squeezy, Beehiiv, YouTube embeds, etc.). Their terms apply when you interact with them.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes may be noted on the home page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
